Job Description

Overview

This position will provide administrative support for physician leaders as well as project coordination and data analysis work. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organization and critical thinking to identify issues and seek resolution using the resources available. Collaboration and communication are key skills required to work effectively with physician leaders and administration. Some functions include but are not limited to: managing schedules/calendars, coordinating meetings and events, preparing travel arrangements, processing invoices and expense reports, and handling inquires, as appropriate, across teams they support. The ideal candidate will manage work with limited guidance and direction. They will anticipate and proactively address administrative and technical issues and challenges as they arise. They will assure accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, various reports, basic budget oversight, etc. Exercises sound independent judgement, anticipates potential issues and challenges, and recognizes the specific needs of their leader(s). Master's degree preferred. Additional skills utilized include: Microsoft Office, Virtual platforms, some Tableau and Power BI, and Interpreting and cleaning data. 
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Requires 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
• Requires intermediate proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Requires intermediate experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.
