The Associate - Digital Marketing and Experience Assists in development and promotion of the IU Health brand by optimizing the user experience and managing service delivery across digital platforms. Helps ensure the organization's websites and other digital platforms provide current and comprehensive product/service functionality that is easily accessible to a general audience. Supports a user interface/user experience that is well organized, user friendly, and consistent throughout the digital space by assisting with requirements definition, testing, journey mapping and ongoing enhancements. Leads best practice research, as well as A/B, heatmap and user acceptance testing (from hypothesis through execution).

 Bachelors Degree required.
• Degree in Web/New Media, Informatics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business or related discipline preferred.
• 0-3 Years of Experience.
• 2-3 years of related experience preferred.
• Requires an understanding of website design and development including HTML, CSS, standards, usability, analytics, search engine optimization, and related terminology.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
