Overview
The Service Line Leader-General Surgery serves as an influential and strategic leader across the service line, this position is responsible for the long-term vision and execution of patient service integration across the core departments for the assigned service line. The leader is responsible in increasing market share by leading collaborative and strategic partnerships with program leaders, hospital leadership and physicians to optimize patient experience in results, efficiencies and value. Through the incumbent's efforts, the service line will become known as a preeminent level of service in the community and a value-based options seek out when deciding upon their healthcare needs. This role will be located at Emerson Hall in downtown Indianapolis with the expectation to travel to Methodist, North and West Hospitals with the ability to work remotely 2 days per week.
