The consultant - System Strategy Provides analytic, research, and project management support for IU Health strategy projects and initiatives, including the annual environmental assessment report, updates and revisions of the system strategy, regional strategy assessments, and other strategy-related projects identified by senior management. Supports the Strategy team's role in the quarterly oversight and review of system strategy projects. Tracks key industry and competitive trends and prepares reports as directed. Collaborates with the Manager, Strategy and the system’s various analytics teams, to transform data into strategic insight.    

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Requires experience with the Microsoft Office Suite - primarily Excel, Word and Powerpoint   
• Requires knowledge of business applications.
• Knowledge of industry issues and trends preferred.
• Presentation Experience preferred.
