Job Description
Overview
Financial analyst position supporting operational leaders in System Health Solutions, specifically all lines of business within Value Based Care. Position supports prudent financial management through data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and modeling. Performs monthly and/or ad hoc reporting, prepares pro formas based on historical, comparative, and projection data. Provides accurate analysis to support outcome and impact based decision making. Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy. Includes analysis of potential strategic development opportunities, analyzing contribution margin and costing.

• Requires 2+ years of relevant financial and operational analysis experience; health insurance experience preferred
• Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
• Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; accounting degree or experience preferred
- Requires 2+ years of relevant financial and operational analysis experience; health insurance experience preferred
- Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
- Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
