Apply for an Engineer- Information Services Intermediate role with IU Health! This role will be located onsite in downtown Indianapolis and will require travel within an hour radius. The hours will be M-F approx 8am-5pm with some on-call requirements and will be part of the IS Infrastructure department within the Productivity Management AV team.
This position will aid in the plan, execution, and training of conference rooms across the corporation. Working with Microsoft teams and vendors like Crestron, Yealink, Cisco and others to deliver a user experience that is simple, straightforward and reliable. Will be aiding in the conversion of CATV service to Sonify solution. We are looking for candidates who have Microsoft Teams Rooms knowledge, experience supporting WebEx, MS Teams, and other video collaboration platforms. Experience with Crestron or Extron room controls IPTV or traditional Cable TV distribution systems is also required.
Other duties include but not limited to fulfills customer requirements via design/build/test/troubleshoot/document activities for enterprise-class datacenter computing hardware, software, networking tools and platforms. Evaluates, analyzes, configures, and implements new products and tools while ensuring appropriate operational monitoring is enabled. Provides support for logical networking and communications protocols, Microsoft products, Intel and midrange platforms, relational databases, and programming/scripting.

• 3-5 years of experience required.
• Healthcare, health insurance and health providers experience and understanding of processes is preferred.
• Requires experience working with vendors to quote moderately complex solutions.
• Cloud experience is preferred.
