Apply for a Team Lead- Information Services with IU Health! This role will work M-F approx 8-5pm with some on call as needed. This will be a hybrid role in Indianapolis with some remote opportunities throughout the week! This will be part of the Clinical Interoperability department within the Clinical IS Web Development team. 

The Team Lead – Information Services role serves to lead a team of highly-skilled developers to create and support innovative applications and API’s in the clinical workflows of IU Health. The team lead oversees and coordinates the complete life cycle of the teams’ solutions, from conception to deployment and support, and works with our requestors through business analysis steps to determine solution specifications and design. This role oversees day-to-day functions within a team and provides advice and guidance as necessary. Conducts training sessions with employees so they feel equipped with new knowledge and skills to remain current. Utilizes expertise to assist in dispersing assignments and reviews assignments for accuracy and quality. Develops strategies for the team to utilize to reach goals. #LI-SLI

We prefer applicants who are experienced in the following areas:

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
  • Business analysis
  • Preferred:
    • Azure DevOps
    • C# programming language

 

 

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience required in application and API development on the Microsoft .NET platform
• Requires knowledge in business or clinical applications and supporting technology such as agile and/or waterfall development methodologies.
