Job Description

Apply for a Senior ERP Application Analyst, Kronos Time and Attendance with IU Health! The hours for this role will be M-F approx. 8-5pm and will be located onsite in Indianapolis with remote opportunities on Monday, Thursday, and Friday!. This will be part of the Information Services department within the ERP team!

This position leads strategic initiatives in collaboration with IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of Kronos and enhancements. Acts as strategic business partner to identify, assess and interpret customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications, document and test system requirements. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.  Works collaboratively with the development team to configure, maintain and upgrade Kronos, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and other related software under general supervision. Assists with maintaining the security of operating systems. Provides onsite support to the organization's internal users of Kronos. #LI-SLI

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.
  • Requires 5-7 years of experience in one or both of the following areas:
  • Experience in various business areas and applications (package and custom).
  • Experience implementing or supporting ERP related applications.
  • Requires experience with professional software.
  • Requires project management skills.
  • Requires experience facilitating/leading requirement gathering sessions.
  • Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.
