Job Description
Overview
Serves as a liaison between the organization, patients and their families. Provides explanation the organization's policies and procedures to patients and communicates their problems, questions and concerns to appropriate staff members. Provides mentoring of less senior guest relation associates. Provides feedback to guest relations team lead of trainee strengths and weaknesses. Assists team lead with projects to improve operations. Recommends policy and procedure review and recommends changes when appropriate. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Models a concierge level of customer service.• 3-5 years or previous concierge level customer service experience required.
• Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact required.

Models a concierge level of customer service.- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 3-5 years or previous concierge level customer service experience required.
- Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact required.
