The Associate - Contract Oversees and coordinates contract activities related to the IU Health Plans contract processes. Assists in the identification, development, and implementation of contract policy and processes. Ensures contract review, approval, and execution are in accordance with policies and procedures. Coordinates and tracks the contract process to ensure full contract execution. Prepares, organizes, and maintains contract records and files. Participates in functional unit planning. Focal point for customer communications; monitors and updates systems associated with contract and vendor management processes. Maintains contracts inventory database and repository information. Coordinates with other internal departments that are part of the contract process (Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable…) to ensure all components of contracts and vendor management are completed.

 Bachelor's degree required.
•Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience in contract management, administration, and compliance.
• Requires computerized management and information systems.
• Requires knowledge in business applications.
