Overview
The Business Analyst supports Revenue Cycle Services Legal and Audit team by managing and maintaining the RCS Risk Register of identified RCS Risks. This requires strong investigation, organizational, presentation, written and communication skills, frequently collaborating with the RCS Legal & Audit team as well as with outside departments and requires the ability to analyze scenarios from multiple angles (compliance/operations/technical), evaluate mitigation plans, and document and translate into easy-to-understand summaries of the identified risks. Other responsibilities include being informed and educated on rules and regulations impacting RCS service and reimbursement, ability to pull data reports from multiple available resources, perform data audits and prepare audit reports in accordance with industry audit standards, and the capability to create KPI reports and dashboards for reporting purposes.
