Job Description

Overview

Provides educational support by facilitating educational opportunities for learners. Conducts group and individualized educational sessions for learners with varying experience levels and needs. Assesses learner progress to ensure fulfillment of learning needs. Uses principles/methodology of adult education to facilitate learning and creates a safe and effective learning environment. Handles requests by managers to work with individuals who need assistance. Provides individual counseling as needed to assist students in meeting educational requirements.
 Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience in education or related field.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and applications.
• Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience; 2+ years of teaching experience in field of study preferred; clinical background preferred.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and evaluation techniques preferred.
