Job Description

Overview

Oversees daily functions of assigned team. Serves as subject matter expert responsible for providing functional and technical guidance to staff. Monitors daily productivity reports to ensure adherence. Collaborates with leaders and workforce management personnel to ensure appropriate staff assignments. Performs all job responsibilities of assigned team as needed to ensure departmental compliance to objectives. Covers all shifts as needed.
 High school Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years health insurance industry experience required.
• Healthcare call center experience preferred.
• 2 years of experience with IU Health Plans products strongly preferred.
• Requires the ability to promote teamwork and coordinate the work of others.
• Expert knowledge of claim processing procedures and Health Plan, Medicare, and ERISA regulations required.
