We are currently seeking an RN Manager for our Washington Township School Nursing program who is a great communicator and would thrive in a school environment! Does that sound like you? Apply today!

The RN Manager for our Washington Township School Nurse program leads a team of approximately 17 RNs and LPNs for 17 schools in the Indianapolis area. No weekends or holidays required!

The RN Manager is accountable for translating and achieving our strategic priorities and outcomes: quality and safety improvements, care affordability, great patient experiences, and great team member experiences. Manages clinic operations and supervises team member schedules as necessary. Ensures teams are compliant with training, certification and all education needs. Develops, implements, and evaluates clinic policies, goals, and objectives. Participates in the development and modifications of clinic programs. Problem solves referrals, issues from client companies, insurance carriers or physicians and communicates major issues to appropriate clinical staff and leadership. 

  • Requires Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN); Bachelor's Degree (BSN) preferred.
  • Required current State of Indiana licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
  • Knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Spreadsheets software and Word Processing software.
  • 3-5 years of nursing or school nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy preferred.
  • Strong communication skills needed 
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
