Job Description

Overview

Manages a team responsible for client implementations, sales operations, product development support, process improvement and broker proposals for IU Health Plans. Uses project management expertise to develop and lead projects that support client implementations and new products and services. Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions using process expertise and sound judgement. Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them. Ability to interpret, predict, forecast, and lead changes to operational activities. Tracks and measures success metrics and develops countermeasures to correct. Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues, both within the team, other departments, and external partners. Collaborates with other internal stakeholders to meet the needs of the customer.

 Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, health administration or related field.
• Requires 5-7 experience in healthcare or related industry.
•  Requires strategic planning or process improvement experience.
