The Consultant Develops and maintains relationships with IUH entities and wellness customers to ensure client satisfaction, areas for improvement and formulates strategizes to retain and optimize wellness services. Develops, coordinates, implements, markets, and evaluates wellness programming for Healthy Results. Assists in strategic planning and deployment of client-centered communications. Partners with other departments to communicate program activity, report outcomes, and maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Revises programs based on market trends, data analysis, program evaluations, and cost effectiveness. This is a hybrid role with some remote work flexibility.

 Bachelors degree required. Masters degree is Public Health, Health Administration, or other health-related field preferred.
•Requires 5-7 years of related experience with corporate wellness and/or account management.
• Requires proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• CHES or Welcoa Certifications preferred.
• Travel within the state required.
