Job Description

Overview

The Office Manager position provides operational supervision for all office responsibilities of the Hospitalist Inpatient Service Line including adequate physician staffing, accurate records maintenance, oversight of service line nurse staff, and accurate and appropriate charge entry and general office management to meet the needs of the department and facilitate patient flow. Requires travel between designated facilities. Assumes responsibility for implementing process improvements and assists in evaluation and training for office personnel. Acts as a liaison between the clinicians, patient, management team and revenue cycle services. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time.

 High School graduate required. Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.
• One-two year's management experience preferred.
