The Senior Financial Analyst, Physician Compensation role reports to the Manager – Physician Compensation. The SFA creates monthly compensation reports and provides analysis for draw adjustments as needed. In addition, the SFA will partner with department and division leaders to address any physician compensation questions as they arise.
Supports prudent financial management through data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and modeling. Performs monthly and/or ad hoc reporting, prepares pro formas based on historical, comparative, and projection data. Provides accurate analysis to support outcome and impact based decision making. Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy.
