Job Description

Overview

The Director of Practice Operations for Primary Care practices in the East Central Region provides leadership, direction, and continuous improvement for all aspects of primary care practice operations of the organization. This leader also provides direction to develop, recommend and implement programs, consistent policies, procedures, processes, and practice standards across all the organization's primary practice locations. Will also participate in operational and strategic planning and the attainment of goals of the practices.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's of Health Administration of Business Administration preferred  
  • Requires 7-10 years practice management experience, primary care preferred. 
  • Requires knowledge of state and federal laws relative to the assigned area.
