Are you interested in partnering with nurses to provide excellent care to patients in a new way? We are seeking team members to work in the hospital setting while partnered with our virtual nursing staff. This team will serves as an information resource by partnering with the clinical staff in a fast paced, flexible, and innovative environment on the forefront of virtual care. This role will connect with patients using new technology platforms to promote wellness, providing accurate up-to-date information, and collaborate with other members of the healthcare team. The Virtual Ambassador position is an evolving and dynamic role that will focus on providing support to our nursing team and patients through virtual platforms.

This is a full or part time position with eligibility of IU Health benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and more. Candidates will work flexible shifts with a weekend requirement.

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required.
• Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.
