Overview

Apply for the Senior Financial Analyst role with IU Health! The working hours will be M-F approx 8-5pm. This will be a hybrid schedule with onsite responsibilities in Indianapolis as well as weekly remote opportunities! This role will be part of the Strategic Financial Planning department within the Financial Analytics team.

Supports prudent financial management through data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and modeling. Performs monthly and/or ad hoc reporting and builds dashboards to support profitability analysis and special initiatives. Provides accurate analysis to support outcome and impact based decision making. Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Requires 2+ years of relevant financial and operational analysis experience.
• Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
• Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
