Apply for an Educator- Information Services Clinical Senior role with IU Health! The hours will be approximately 8a-5p. This hybrid role will be located onsite in Indianapolis with weekly remote opportunities and will be a part of the IS Informatics & Education department within the IS Clinical Education team!

The Senior Educator drives education initiatives and partners with the Education Project Leader. Leads in planning, implementation, work design process, identifying risks, barriers to learning and provides end user training of EMR system. Collaborates with the Education Designer on multiple curriculum development plans. Leads teaching methodology design, and delivers training as required by the project or system enhancement.

 Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience required. Prefers current clinical licensure in the state of Indiana.
• Requires proven ability to lead or co-lead curriculum development for a minimum of 5 projects.
• Requires ability to independently train a minimum of 3 curriculums.
• Requires previous experience in educational activities.
• Requires knowledge of computer software applications.
• Requires knowledge of healthcare processes and workflows.
• Requires experience utilizing Windows Operating Systems.
