Under the direction of the Director of Strategy and Business Operations, this position has 24/7 responsibility for the execution of specific job duties related to the technologic support of statewide LifeLine teams, including but not limited to clinical teams, administrative teams, maintenance teams, and vendor teams located on LifeLine sites. This position provides direct support and oversight to members of the LifeLine IS team with a focus on responsibility for installation, maintenance, and upgrades associated with LifeLine’s technology systems including but not limited to computers, computer peripherals, tablets, cellular devices, software, hard drives, and server systems. The Manager – LifeLine –Information Services (IS) Operations will maintain ownership and direct accountability for team member, internal, and external customer experiences through fluid communication with an emphasis on an environment that promotes professional relationships, delivery of safe, quality patient care, and just culture. This leader will ensure that safe, cost-effective, support of quality patient care and transport is achieved through operational excellence, support, and compliance in the realm of information services (IS). They will serve as a champion for the IU Health Values and maintain constant focus on both team member and customer experience.
The leader in this position would have the expectation of flexibility of being on-call as needed.
