Apply for a Senior CRM Business Analyst with IU Health! The hours will be M-F approximately 8a-5p and will be a hybrid role located in Indianapolis with some weekly remote opportunities. This will be part of the Enterprise Business Application (EBA) department within the Business Analyst (BA) team.

Do you have CRM experience (Salesforce?) and Business Analytics experience? Do you have experiencing configuring web applications and working with both technical and business resources? This role may be for you! The Senior CRM BA acts as a liaison between IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of new systems and enhancement under minimal guidance. Actively leads and facilitates the gathering of customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications. Self-directs oneself to document and test systems requirements and solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions working collaboratively with the development team. Prepares communications and makes presentations on solution alternatives and system enhancements. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

 Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience (must have Salesforce/CRM and Business Analyst experience).
•5-7 years of experience required.
• Requires experience in various business areas and applications (package and custom).
• Requires Experience implementing or supporting applications (ERP, HR payroll, finance).
• Requires experience with DevOps/JIRA and CRM including MS Office (PowerPoint, Vizio, Word).
• Requires experience facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions.
• Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.
