Overview

The Customer Service Representative II role will process incoming referrals for home nutrition services. They will work with physician offices and other referral sources to coordinate care. They will provide education to patients and caregivers to help them understand insurance coverage and to prepare for nutrition services at home. This is a work from home position after the initial training period.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED required
• 3-5 years of customer service experience required
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding required
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute
• Requires working knowledge of computers
• Experience in a medical setting is preferred
