Position Description: The Call Center answers a high volume of calls for IU Health Physicians-OBGYN. Key tasks consist of answering all incoming phone calls for multiple locations, scheduling appointments, sending messages to appropriate providers through our Electronic Medical Record system, connecting patients with the appropriate provider or staff to meet their OBGYN needs. Top skills needed for this position are phenomenal listening and speaking skills, delivery of clear and concise verbal and written information, good organization, detail oriented and the ability to empathize with our callers and maintain an even disposition and professionalism at all times. Work hours 8:00a-4:30p, Monday-Friday, 30-minute lunch, training, and team development.
