Be a part of a Comprehensive Highly Skilled Diverse Team at IU Health. We have an outstanding opportunity available for a RN Educator- Neuro Trauma Ortho, to join our team at our Methodist Hospital location in Indianapolis, IN.
The RN Educator provides assistance in training clinical team members. Supports and coordinates onboarding activities in partnership with Nursing Professional Development Practitioners and ensures clinical instruction meets quality standards and team members receive effective orientation through precepted time and experience in their assigned role. The RN Educator facilitates an environment of learning through deliberate practice and meaningful feedback and serves as the clinical expert to assigned area's and is a strong role model for quality and safety outcomes. Flexibility to work some evening shifts as needed will be desired.
• Requires current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Indiana.
• Requires current organizational-specified CPR, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications.
• Requires knowledge of adult learning principles, regulatory requirements, and educational program management.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and software applications.

- Requires 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience. BSN is required.
- Requires current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Indiana.

- Requires knowledge of adult learning principles, regulatory requirements, and educational program management.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and software applications.
