We have an exciting full-time SWO-Day Shift charge nursing opportunity in our Arnett Hospital Medical/Surgical Unit!

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide staff guidance

-Implement policies and procedures

-Support staff schedule and patient census that is provided

-Create assignments

-Communicate with physicians, staff, leaders, and other vital team members

-Ability to provide patient care, provide education, and step in wherever needed

Qualifications/knowledge/skills/abilities

• Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN) or Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
