Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Program Manager to join the Behavioral Health Administration team at our Downtown Indianapolis location. 

The Program Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for large, complex and multifaceted key programs and activities as defined by the BH Director and BH Steering Committees. Ownership of 1-4 programs, which typically consist of multiple projects/work streams that could have statewide reached/impact or cover multiple regions. Drives overall programmatic success with accountability for the achievement of clinical outcomes, annual goals and enterprise metrics. Leads work of the program subcommittees within the steering committee governance structure as applicable. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of programs routinely and is responsible for making adjustments as needed with guidance of director and Steering Committee. Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders and peers. Executes programs, monitors progress of programs, and delivers end results. Collaborates across teams to ensure alignment.
