Here's your opportunity to join the philanthropy team for Indiana's largest health system.
The Growth Analyst identifies and researches would-be funding partners and collaborates with our development team on moves management strategies. Success factors include creative thinking, an entrepreneurial spirit and relationship building with internal and external partners. Candidates with prior experience in portfolio and moves management and who are inspired by IU Health’s mission to make Indiana a healthier state are encouraged to apply.
We operate in a hybrid environment--in-office from Indianapolis balanced with the opportunity to work from home. You will work alongside our data and analytics team and annual fund leaders working collaboratively to bring more donors to our mission as part of the Growth Strategy team.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Working knowledge of fundraising software i.e. Raiser's Edge.
• Proficiency in MS office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
