Apply for an Applications Support Analyst- Intermediate LifeLine position with IU Health! The hours will be M-F approximately 8-5p with some on call rotation as needed. This will be a hybrid role with 25% of the week being remote! This role will be part of the IU Health LifeLine department within the Technology Services team.

This role will support IU Health LifeLine EMS (air and ground) applications and/or technology statewide. This role supports clinical and non-clinical team members utilizing department specific applications and resources. The primary goal is to support department resources to ensure safe and efficient patient transport and team member experiences supporting IU Health Mission, Vision and Values.

We are looking for candidates who have experience with application-level support including primary support owner required with experience in Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) applications preferred. Additional knowledge and experience with SQL support, public safety radio equipment including programing and network connectivity troubleshooting preferred.  This role will have a dynamic role supporting 1-2 applications, some hardware resources related to ambulances/aircraft and cross covering additional team members supporting other applications.  #LI-SL1

 Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience required (including SQL experience/support).
• Requires Experience implementing or supporting applications. Ex. ERP, HR Payroll and Finance.
• Requires experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Vizio, Word).
• Requires experience facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions.
