Overview
The Practice Administrator for Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery plans and directs the operational activities of the medical practices operated by the organization. This position oversees adherence to the organization policies and proper communication to and involvement of subordinate personnel regarding Practice Operations. The Practice Administrator plans, organizes and directs daily operations to include staffing, practice growth and improvement, financial performance and customer service and is accountable for operational and financial performance results of medical practices.
