Overview
The Service Line Administrator- Pediatric Surgery serves as an influential and strategic leader across the service line. This leader is responsible for the long-term vision and execution of patient service integration. The Service Line Administrator is responsible for increasing market share by leading collaborative and strategic partnerships with program leaders, hospital leadership and physicians to optimize patient experience in results, efficiencies and value. Through the leader's efforts, the service line will be immersive in the community and a value-based option for patients when deciding upon their healthcare needs.
• Masters Preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge and experience in designated service line area
•Familiarity with current research on appropriate level of care for assigned service level.

- Bachelor's Degree required in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
- Masters Preferred.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
- Knowledge and experience in designated service line area
- Familiarity with current research on appropriate level of care for assigned service level.
