Job Description

Overview

Evaluates Health Plans contracts and end-to-end diligence including the in-depth analysis, review and execution of Contracts.  Effectively coordinates activities between all relevant internal and external parties with particular emphasis on Legal, Privacy, Security, Technology and other ancillary support areas. Negotiates for Health Plans VMO products and services including pricing and contract terms. Develops and monitors metrics, dashboards and VMO tools to track and report performance trends.


 Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree preferred.
•5 - 7 years of related experience required including hands-on experience in negotiating savings, executing and monitoring complex IT contracts.
• Experience required in Information Technology and Healthcare and understanding related terminologies and principles.
• Experience with IS Contract management including deal structure and negotiations, project management, service level agreement assessments, budget and forecast impact analysis experience required preferred.
• Return on investment modeling experience preferred.
• SLA program compliance experience preferred.
