We are hiring for a full-time, day shift Office Manager! This position will work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with the flexibility to work from home when needed.

Position Summary

Are you looking for a role where your talent will improve the lives and experiences of our patients and team? The Office Manager will assist with strategic planning and run day to day operations of the General Surgery and Gastroenterology Outpatient Physician Clinics. The manager will provide operational supervision for all office responsibilities of the rehabilitation clinics including adequate staffing, workload distribution, patient scheduling, accurate registration, timely financial counseling, accurate records maintenance, efficient chart prep, accurate and appropriate charge entry and general office management to meet the needs of the department and facilitate patient flow. Requires travel between designated facilities. Assumes responsibility for implementing process improvements and assists in evaluation and training for office personnel. Acts as a liaison between the clinicians, patient, management team and revenue cycle services. Works closely with Physicians and creates physician schedules for both outpatient clinics. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time.

 High School graduate required. Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.
• One-two year's management experience preferred.
