Our nurses in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) specialize in providing highly skilled, complex care to patients with a wide array of medical conditions. MICU is a very fast paced unit that engages critical thinking and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications/knowledge/skills/abilities:

• Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
