Overview

Performs routine clerical duties including but not limited to sorting, matching and filing according to detailed instructions. Uses computer and other standard office equipment to record, store and retrieve information. Makes minor corrections, codes items and maintains records of documents processed. May be responsible for more specific tasks for the department, such as data entry, document scanning, mail processing, retrieval of medical records, or ordering and inventory of supplies and equipment. • High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Some clerical experience is preferred.
• May require a valid Indiana driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare administration and medical terminology is preferred.
• Requires basic computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred.
• Warehouse/Logistics experience is preferred.
