Overview
Apply for the Business Development Associate with IU Health! The working hours will be M-F approx 7am-5pm. This will be a hybrid schedule with onsite responsibilities in Indianapolis as well as weekly remote opportunities! This role will be part of the Commercial Sales and Marketing department.
The Business Development Associate will coordinate the implementation of new small group clients. Assists with retaining clients by researching and resolving complex inquiries. Uses data and market analysis to effectively convey the IU Health Plans value proposition within all broker communications. Regularly updates and monitors broker and team member website updates. Delivers timely competitive materials with consistent quality to further the growth of the commercial division.
