Summary:Under the supervision of the designated supervisor, this position exists to provide assistance to the Practice Administrator in planning, budgeting and overall operations including special projects, analysis and policies and procedures. The incumbent will plan, coordinate and manage ongoing analysis, development and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services and functions. Provides leadership for the development and management and overall front office support to the practice plans and strategic goals of the assigned the organization. No evenings/weekends/holidays!!
Requirements:
• Requires ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources.
• Requires ability to facilitate and lead work groups.
• Requires ability to apply the organization personnel policies and procedures.
• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires strong customer service skills.
• Requires knowledge and ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Requires ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely results.
• Requires ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
• Requires a high level of interpersonal; problem solving and analytical skill.
• Requires knowledge of the organization and Private Practice Billing processes.
• Requires knowledge of third party payer regulations.
• Requires three years of ambulatory practice experience.
