Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Data Analyst to join the Physicians Administration team at our Fairbanks Hall Location.
Under the direction of the Chief Health Equity Officer and Executive Director, this individual will collect, organize, and analyze data to make meaningful conclusions. Responsibilities include: consulting with stakeholders and lead investigators to identify problems, curate any data necessary, create machine learning models and programmatically update models and predictions, provide support on projects or project steps within a broader project, have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives. Success is accomplished by conducting data analyses and modeling, creating interactive visualizations to communicate model performance and impact, meeting the needs of end-users, and soliciting feedback for continual improvement.

•Requires knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Access.
• Clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred.

- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
