Job Summary:

This position is responsible for scheduling patients for pediatric surgery, radiology tests and insurance verification. Employee will provide basic administrative and technical support for leaders and teams they support.  The ideal candidate will be an experienced healthcare support employee with attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks and manage work with basic guidance and direction. This role will provide support to the Pediatric Surgery Unit at Riley Hospital and will also go to the clinic with the physician assigned to.  

Requirements: 

 High School Diploma/GED required.
• Requires 0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
• Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
