IU Health has an exciting opportunity available for an Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team at our Indianapolis Methodist Hospital location.

The Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance Manager guides regulatory readiness programs across multiple facilities or across a region. Coaches to ensure high performance among a team of direct reports, delegating assignments and projects to support a single or multiple facilities/entities. Ensures proactive and ongoing communications with team members, leaders and providers at all levels of the region or business unit to ensure transparency of readiness statuses, priority needs and assistance to remove barriers for improvement.

This leader supports the team in assessing standards and regulations and ensuring proactive actions to efficiently gain, regain or sustain compliance and partners with system regulatory leaders to ensure execution of standard readiness program components, and use of standardized tools and processes, including active participation in interfacility survey activities. This leader also provides proactive communication and feedback on regional needs to help inform enterprise strategic readiness program needs. 

This role will be a Monday-Friday day shift role and may require some in-state travel as needed.

  • Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years or more experience in leading teams is preferred.
  • CPHQ certification or comparable healthcare regulatory certification endorsed by System Regulatory Affairs is required.
  • Requires strong experience in leading complex projects or systematic performance improvement.
  • Interfacility surveying and in-state overnight travel is required.
