Job Description

Overview

Come join IU Health as a Manager-Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance.  We have an exciting opportunity available at Methodist Hospital

Leads system and regional accreditation team to support the continual systemwide accreditation readiness strategy in all patient care settings statewide. Ensures ongoing training and advanced competency development for direct and indirect reports with the goal of successfully delivering on team outcomes. Assists in providing day to day oversight of statewide accreditation and regulatory process standardization activities by ensuring development and implementation of processes. Serves as leader, role model, change agent and technical expert to facilitate implementation of standards/regulation interpretation and application, gap assessment/action planning and survey management for comprehensive continual readiness and support for The Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare and Medicare Services (CMS), Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) and other regulatory bodies.

Bachelor's of nursing or other healthcare related field required, or equivalent years of experience. Master's degree preferred.
• CPHQ, CJCP or HACP certification required.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience within a matrixed organization; clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in leading/facilitating multiple hospitals or entities in accreditation/regulatory activities required
