Overview
We are looking for a PRN Occupational therapist with hand experience to cover our multiple clinicians involved in hand clinics. A CHT is preferred, but not mandatory, but it is preferred to have 3-5 years of hand experience. Must have experience in static and dynamic splinting, be familiar with post-operative healing and basic protocols, and ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment.
Provides occupational therapy services for the treatment of physical and psychological dysfunctions. Provides direct patient care using a variety of sensorimotor, functional, educational, recreational, and social activities designed to help patients regain physical or mental functioning. Appropriately supervises occupational therapy assistants, support personnel and students. Willingly participates in related activities in support of patient care, education and department operations.
