Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Utilization Management Manager to join the Customer Call Center team at our Indianapolis Location, with some remote work possibilities.
Manager will have oversight of a team of 4-member services specialists and a team lead. The Utilization Management Intake team is responsible for reviewing the member’s eligibility & benefit plan the Commercial and Medicare Advantage lines of business inquiries concerning:
- Handling inbound phone calls from providers regarding the requirements for submitting a prior authorization based on
- Triaging faxed, email or phone prior authorizations to the appropriate departments
- Building prior authorizations

• Requires 5-7 experience in healthcare or related industry.
