What will your role look like?
We are accustomed to helping new grads start their nursing journey and if you are looking for challenging and meaningful work, then you should consider 5B Medical. This 32-bed unit serves a diverse patient population aged 18+ with health issues including but not limited to renal, neurological, cardiac, GI, hematology oncology, various infections and even end of life As a Registered Nurse in this fast paced environment you will work in collaboration with the physician team, PT/OT, case management and many other disciplines to ensure our patients are receiving excellent care. The registered professional clinical nurse (RN) is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of competent, evidence-based care along the care continuum, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Requirements:
· Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
· Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
· Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
· Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
· Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
Schedule/Benefits:
· 12-hour shifts
· Shift differential available for evenings, nights, and weekends
· Every third weekend commitment
· Rotating Holiday commitment
· Outstanding benefit package for part time and full-time positions
