The Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager oversees and coordinates the daily operations of the ambulatory infusion clinics and its staff. Provides comprehensive medication related care for the purpose of achieving definite outcomes that improve a patient's quality of life and acts in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals in the responsibility for patient drug therapy outcomes.
This Pharmacy Manager is responsible for assisting the pharmacy director with preparing and performing all activities involving the pharmacy and therapeutics committee and assists the Director in complying with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. The Manager will also assist in new process implementation and quality improvement initiatives along with being responsible for inventory management and the ongoing financial performance of the pharmacy.
This position will be Monday-Friday, daytime hours with needing on-call availability.
