Job Description

Overview

Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Architect to join the Enterprise Business Solutions department at our Landmark Building. 

The Salesforce Architect produces the detail surrounding accepted EA frameworks and logical system designs. Uses guiding principles & architectural policies to produce solution designs that anchor to IT portfolio standards and ensure long-term operational and administrative efficiencies. The architect is detail-oriented and thorough with the analysis and direction provided to development teams. Ensures delivery teams are equipped with the leadership and guidance necessary to successfully deliver their solutions.

The Solution Architect is a critical role that is needed for the following:  

  • Lead technical and business requirements 
  • Lead solution design sessions 
  • Define coding procedures, best practices and development standards 
  • Vendor and technology evaluations 
  • Conducts resource and cost estimates for new and ongoing projects. 
  • Conduct ongoing architectural systems analysis and evaluation 
  • Conduct code reviews 
  • Control scope of solution development 
  • Collaborate with business leaders, project manager and developers in order to establish milestones and estimates

 Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
•5-7 years of experience required.
• Requires knowledge of EA frameworks and design tools.
• Requires deep expertise in at least one technology domain.
