Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Information Services Contract Analyst to join the IIS Contracts and Procurement team at our Indianapolis Landmark Building with weekly remote options .
The Information Services Analyst (Contracts) evaluates IS contracts and end-to-end diligence including the in-depth analysis, review, negotiation & execution of IS Contracts and associated financial impact analysis for Information Services (IS). Negotiates best deal terms for IS products and services including pricing and contract terms. Conducts vendor reviews, assists in the RFI/RFP process and evaluations, and completes audits that consider vendor performance levels and risks/compliance considerations (SLA monitoring). Communicates policies and procedures and collaborates with business partners. Prepares monthly reports including negotiated savings, contract pipeline, compliance and other financial reporting such as vendor spend analysis and identification of risks to budget/forecast, budget alignment with multi-year contracts.

•5 - 7 years of related experience required including hands-on experience in negotiating savings, executing and monitoring complex IT contracts.
• Experience required in Information Technology and Healthcare and understanding related terminologies and principles.
• Experience with IS Contract management including deal structure and negotiations, project management, service level agreement assessments, budget and forecast impact analysis experience required preferred.
• Return on investment modeling experience preferred.
• SLA program compliance experience preferred.

- Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree preferred.
