Overview
M-F 8:30 – 5:00. Work from home after initial training period. This role is part of the Enteral Nutrition Services Intake Team. Processes incoming referrals for home nutrition services. Works with physician offices and other referral sources to coordinate care. Provides education to patients and caregivers to help them understand insurance coverage and their transition to nutrition services at home. Medical terminology, customer service, referral coordination experience is preferred. Insurance experience is a plus. This is a work from home position after a 2 week in-person training period at our downtown Indianapolis office. Must demonstrate proficiency prior to and while working from home.
